We can speak directly to the mountain (sickness, disease) and command it to leave, in the all-powerful name of Jesus! We can also speak directly to the body's cells and structures, and command them to be healed, in Jesus' name.
In Handbook for Healing, Charles and Frances Hunter write, “Remember that it is not a prayer, because Jesus never prayed for the sick. It is a command, so firmly get it fixed in your mind to say, ‘In the name of Jesus, we command....’” [And then speak to the part of the body that needs healing.]
When Jesus healed the sick man at the pool of Bethesda, He said, “Rise, take up your bed and walk” (John 5:8). In Matthew 12:13, Jesus commanded the man with the withered hand, “Stretch out your hand,” and when the man did, his hand was restored as whole as the other.
Jesus’ disciples followed His example of making healing commands, as recorded in Acts 3:6 in the healing of the lame man: “Then Peter said, ‘Silver and gold I do not have, but what I do have I give to you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk.'”
Verse 7 proclaims, “And he took him by the right hand and lifted him up, and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength.” The Scriptures go on to report that the healed man began walking and leaping, and praising God!
Notice also that when the people put their FAITH INTO ACTION — whether by stretching out their hand, or taking up their bed and walking, or rising up and walking — they were healed!
KEY: Believe and do not doubt God’s ability to heal. He is the all-powerful Creator of this universe Who has a special, personal desire to see you HEALED and walking in divine health, so that you can effectively fulfill your God-given calling in life to the greatest measure.
Hebrews 13:8 declares, “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.” Therefore, Jesus is healing people TODAY, in the 21st century, as He did 2,000 years ago.
Oral Roberts says,
“Capture this truth:
Doubt, and do without;
with faith BELIEVE, and receive.
EXPECT A MIRACLE!”
".....They [believers] will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover."

Healing from Cancer
The Hunters' Handbook for Healing contains a very handy listing of diseases and how to effectively receive healing in Jesus' name in each situation.
It lists “cancer” as "a tumor that grows progressively through the body. Includes leukemia, lymphoma, and other malignant tumors."
How to receive healing:
Bind and cast out the spirit of cancer.
Curse the seed, root and cells of the cancer.
Lay hands on the affected area, commanding every cancer cell in the body to die.
Command the bone marrow to produce pure, healthy blood.
Command healing to all organs and tissues affected, and restoration of parts where necessary.
Command the body’s defensive “killer” cells to multiply and attack all cancer cells.
Say these words:
“Devil, I bind you right now,
by the Spirit of God, in Jesus’ name.
You foul spirit of cancer,
I command you to leave right now
in the name of Jesus.
I curse the seed and I curse the root
of every cancer cell,
and I command them to die
in the name of Jesus.
I speak a new blood system
and a new immune system now
in the name of Jesus.
I command all of the
electrical and chemical frequencies*
in every cell in the body
to be in harmony and in balance
and digest the bad cells, in Jesus’ name."

Healing of God-given
Electrical & Chemical Frequencies
The following is adapted from a teaching by Charles & Frances Hunter:
Scientists have discovered the important physics principle that electrical and chemical “frequencies” revolve and hover above each and every one of the body’s 125 trillion cells.
God created each cell to have its own unique and special set of frequencies, and as long as they are in harmony and balance, no disease can survive.
Disease occurs when these God-given frequencies get out of balance.
Jesus said in His Word that believers [those who have received Jesus as their Lord and Savior and have been empowered by the Holy Spirit] shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover (Mark 16:18).
Therefore, believers can lay hands on themselves, commanding sickness to leave in Jesus Name!
Every day when you get up in the morning, lay your hand on your head and say these powerful life-giving words:
“In Jesus' Name, I command all
God-given electrical and chemical frequencies
of every cell in my body
to be in balance and to be in perfect harmony.
I command all bad cells
to be digested and eliminated,
in the Name of Jesus.
I speak a new immune system into my body,
in Jesus’ Name.”
Note: Chemotherapy “eats” both good and bad cells.
On the other hand, when commanding in Jesus’ Name all bad cells to be digested and eliminated, it works only on the bad cells and will not adversely affect the good cells.
KEY: It is essential to say “THANK YOU JESUS” right after being ministered to, and to BELIEVE Jesus for your healing and keep thanking Jesus for your miracle!
(The above prayer is featured on the TEACHING page, and we reprinted it on this page because it goes so well with the prayer against cancer. It is also excellent for everyone to do each day, no matter what level your health is at presently.
The Hunters also make this command for themselves by laying their fingers on their foreheads and saying the command every morning at their breakfast table, to start their day off right. They recommend everyone do the same. A good habit for a healthy lifestyle!)
Healing from Depression
The Hunters teach that the above command is also excellent for any physical problems causing depression. Each day, command that the electrical and chemical frequencies of every cell in your body be in perfect balance and harmony, in Jesus' name, and add, "Thank you, Heavenly Father, for giving me a spirit of joy and lifting me out of my depression, in Jesus' name. AMEN!"

Relief from Pain
(including Migraines)
A doctor explained to the Hunters how surgeons would insert a medical “wedge” to separate nerves and blood vessels that are too close together whereby the nerves were being “short circuited” by the blood vessels, causing pain such as headaches.
Pain relief can also come supernaturally through the power of God.
Lay your hand on the area of the body where there is pain and say:
“In the Name of Jesus,
I command a divine wedge
to be placed
between any nerves and blood vessels
that are too close together,
and I command all pain to leave,
in Jesus’ Name.”
Note: The Hunters mention that when they add the “Electrical and Chemical Frequency” command for people with constant pain in their tissues and all areas of their bodies, or who have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, they report nearly 100 percent are healed, and all pain leaves right away. Awesome miracles happen in the name of Jesus with these simple commands!
